There was no smoked trout on our Christmas table in 2008 due to an unfortunate fire at our manufacturer’s farm, and ever since, we have been working hard to bring hot smoked trout and trout fillets back to our range.

After much collaboration and effort, G&K is pleased to launch Yumi’s hot Smoked Trout Fillets in 4 great varieties as well as a Whole Smoked Trout.

Fillet flavours include Horseradish & Dill, Lemon & Cracked Pepper, Dijon Mustard and Traditional Smoked. And we can assure you – they are all extremely tasty.
